This Christmas, Swansea once again demonstrates the strength of a city that cares for its neighbours. We are delighted to share that every single day throughout the festive season is now covered with Food and Friendship support for those who need it most.
Last year we had gaps that required urgent calls for help. This year the story is very different. Thanks to a united effort from churches, community groups, charities, cafés and volunteers, Swansea now has a consistent, dependable network through the entire Christmas period. This stability allows frontline support teams to recover and rest while ensuring that no one is left without a warm welcome or a safe place to go.
A heartfelt thank you to our partners

Every organisation offers something unique, but all share the same heart: to welcome, to listen and to care for those facing hardship at a difficult time of year.
A reliable guide: Hope in Swansea
We also want to highlight the importance of Hope in Swansea, the local support services directory. It plays a vital role at Christmas, helping people find food provision, connection and support. If your organisation appears on the app, please check that your information is up to date, as many will rely on it throughout the holidays.

Designed with care
The Christmas Food and Friendship poster and flyers were created by our friend and long time supporter Rich at Lovely Stuff Studio, who always looks after us and ensures our communications look their best. We are grateful for the support that allows us to share this information clearly across the city.
A city that shows up
From Christmas dinners to warm cafés, from churches to community halls, Swansea has once again shown what can happen when people pull together. It is an honour to work alongside so many dedicated partners. Together we offer more than meals… we offer welcome, dignity and hope.
Thank you to everyone who plays a part.
