Noa’s Big Heart & Little Bakes”

At just 10 years old, Noa proved that making a big difference doesn’t depend on your age—it depends on your heart.

With a simple but powerful idea, Noa gathered her family and friends and decided to bake for good. She wanted to help people in need, so she organised a bake sale, raising an incredible amount for both Matthew’s House and another well-deserving charity. But Noa didn’t just stop at fundraising—she sent us a beautiful letter filled with encouragement and kindness.

She wrote:

“Thank you for all your hard work, and I hope that with the money you can help even more people!”

What Noa didn’t know is just how far her kindness could reach. At Matthew’s House, we often say that £5 can help us support up to three people—whether that’s through a meal, a smile, a warm shower, a dignity pack, or urgent support for someone in crisis. Noa’s bake sale will have helped so many people, ensuring they receive care, hope, and the hospitality they deserve.

When she received a thank-you letter from us, she was chuffed—but truly, it’s us who are grateful. Noa is a shining example that even the youngest among us can be a role model, inspiring others with their kindness and determination.

We hope Noa continues to shine—in her family, her friendships, and her community. And we are truly thankful for her heart. 💛🍪
