Over the years, Dezrez have become far more than supporters of Matthew’s House. They have become part of the story, Rich has been an incredible friend with Jo and the team too and we are truly grateful
From the early days of choosing Matthew’s House as their charity partner, Dezrez have shown what it means to truly get behind a cause. Their team have taken part in fundraising challenges, including our powerful Sleep Out event in support of those facing homelessness, raising vital funds and awareness for the work happening in Swansea.

But their support has never just been about fundraising. Time and time again, members of the Dezrez team have stepped into the life of Matthew’s House through volunteering. Whether serving in the café, supporting events, or simply showing up consistently, they have become trusted faces within the project. For some, what started as a corporate volunteering day has grown into something deeper, with ongoing involvement and genuine connection to the community.
Their impact can be seen not only in what they give, but in how they give. With energy, humility and a willingness to get stuck in, they have helped strengthen the culture of hospitality and hope that defines Matthew’s House. They have run in our running teams, walked the coast of Wales and collected at bake sales to name just a few efforts!
